RETURNS POLICY
POLICY STATEMENT:
PRIOR AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.
Contact our Manufacturing Quality Department by calling +61 388 924 854 .
By returning drug product(s), you are certifying that:
- they were purchased directly from Immuron.com;
- that the product(s) have been stored properly at a temperature indicated on the product label in the original box.
- Blister packs have never been opened and drug product(s) have never been repackaged
RETURNABLE ITEMS (Exchange only):
Exchange will only be given for merchandise authorized for return under the following conditions, and accompanied by a completed investigation
Return Investigation Include:
- Un-opened, un-adulterated, sealed and in saleable blister pack.
- Only purchases made directly from Immuron.com website.
- Concealed damage claims made within ten (10) business days of receipt.
- Product received in error or damaged in shipping (accompanied by signed bill of lading noting damage) if reported to
Immuron Ltd. Manufacturing Quality department within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt and returned within ten (10) days of receipt.
NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS:
(No exchange, unless otherwise required by regulation or law)
- Any product purchased as short-dated or close-out inventory.
- Packages that arrive at our distribution centre without prior approval or items which were not included on the Return
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department or our Manufacturing Quality Director by calling +61 388 924 854 to obtain a Return
Authorization Request.
2. Provide all pertinent item information such as: Description, invoice numbers and expiration dates, reason for returning.
3. Upon approval, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that must be marked on the outside of the box.
4. Do not mark shipping carton with actual product content.
ORDER ERRORS
Claims due to order fulfilment or computer errors must be reported within five business days of receipt and are returnable for full value at our freight expense.
Immuron Ltd. will provide a call tag for returns due to our error. Please note these tags are only valid for 10 days and may only be used for products shipped in error.
